We’re excited to be turning 100! In fact, Friday Harbor’s centennial year is such a thrilling historic milestone, the commemoration lasts an entire 12 months. 

The Town of Friday Harbor was officially incorporated on February 9, 1909 and it has continued to be a vital social and commercial hub for the San Juan Islands over the past 100 years.

As Mayor of Friday Harbor, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Centennial Celebration website. We have less than six months before the Centennial Celebration kicks off during August of 2008 and we want this to be the best celebration ever!
